This is an interim notice published while MediBrief is pre-launch. Full terms will be published before the app is publicly available.

What MediBrief Is

MediBrief is a mobile app that helps you access, organize, and carry your own health records. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own healthcare decisions. MediBrief helps you keep your health records at hand, but it does not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Limitation of Liability

MediBrief is not liable for any medical outcomes, treatment decisions, or health-related consequences resulting from the use of the app.

Waitlist

Joining the MediBrief waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any specific features.

Accounts & Family Cards

MediBrief is intended to be set up by an adult (18+). As the account holder, you may add Emergency Cards for family members you are responsible for — including children and dependents — by entering their information yourself. You are responsible for having permission to carry the information you add.

Changes to Terms

MediBrief may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
